I guess it's time to finally introduce myself a bit more, starting with some of my hobbies.

In addition to occasionally thinking about scribbling in this blog, I mostly play video games and enjoy movies, especially the cheesy kind. My first game console was the NES, and ever since I've been playing games mostly on Nintendo and PC hardware. The genres I enjoy most are various kinds of action adventure/RPG and light tactics games (special mention to the Mario + Rabbids games).

In terms of movie cheese, I somehow ended up being a fan of Mystery Science Theater 3000, a cult classic TV series mocking all sorts of old movies that quite frankly have some flaws in them. I have since also become a fan of Rifftrax and The Mads Are Back, both projects of former MST3K alumni. I also try to follow Master Pancake Theater, but quite frankly their Twitch showtimes are incredibly bad for me given the timezone differences.

Professionally, I am a professional software developer professional. That will be explained in its own post, maybe as soon as the next leap day!
